I picked the beer... Indian of course... it complemented Jay's curry very nicely...mmmm spicy yellow curry with chicken and veggies... on top fried slices of paneer cheese
I steamed some rice...
and Jay made the raita
very, very satisfying...

mmmm leftovers can be so good...

Sunday night's leftover braised short ribs, were turned into braised short rib ravioli by Jay... yum, yum

last Sunday I made dinner...

I don't cook very often, although I'm a very good cook. The reason ..... it takes me forever. Thankfully Jason is very patient, and does not mind eating at 9pm.

Wine helps the time to go by...We also had dessert first around 7pm... we were very hungry... pictured bellow is Wanda's Pie in the Sky apple pie...
eventually I managed to serve up braised short ribs with chive and cream cheese mashed potatoes and some baby arugula... it was very good...

she loves being poked by toes... she loves toes period... if a stranger is wearing open toed shoes in the elevator... chances are she'll approach him/her smell them and lick them if she likes them... ummmm she's a weird one
