we finally spent our present (a gift certificate we received from my parents)... we were both craving waffles but instead of going out we decided to make them... we both knew we can do a better job... i took the first turn.... original with Jay's blueberry sauce... yum

beet and avocado salad with some shoots... scallops on a bed of Jerusalem artichokes, ramps, and warm shallot bacon dressing...
milk chocolate, hazelnut one for Jay...
coconut, passion fruit one for me...

this glue stick is so old it changed color from white to this... it glues better than the new one I got last week... i had no idea that glue could get better with age...
