This week on the menu:

Drink Pomegranate Liquor with Vodka and 7-Up.


Individual Terrine of Oven Roasted Tomato, Sautéed Mushrooms with Truffles, Asparagus, and Heart of Palm topped with Cookstown Baby Greens with Wild Thyme and Lemon Vinaigrette.

Baked Chilean Sea Bass, served on top of sautéed Baby Bok Choy, Japanese Eggplant with Red Thai Curry Sauce.

Strawberries with Maple Syrup whipped Devonshire Cream and Pink Lady Finger Cookies.
