We had Tyler's Ultimate Crispy Salmon. One of the most delicious new potatoes, which were mashed with sautéed pearl onions, peas, watercress, parsley, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. An absolutely perfectly pan-fried salmon, and crème fraîche which was jazzed up with dill, capers and gherkins.
For dessert a strawberry shortcake from Sen5es.
