We had a bit of a repeat, (for Jay and I) because it was so good when he made it for us last week. Potato and mushroom rösti but this time with red beat and feta cheese salad. So delicious.... Lisa took care of dessert... a very nice surprise, chocolate chip, oatmeal, peanut butter cookies... yummy :)
