We had a beautifully simple menu yesterday. It's still summer but the weather was very grumpy so we decided to go with some light comfort food.
Potato, Corn, and Leek Chowder
Mini Crostinis: Tomato Basil Buffalo Mozzarella, Mushroom Parmesan Cheese, and Shrimp Toast
Kinga made dessert this week: Chocolate Macaroons with toasted Almonds…. they were delicious.
