Appetizer: sundried tomato and mini mini bocconcini cheese stuffed risotto balls with Jay's awesome tomato sauce and some chives..Main: shrimp and halibut on a bed of white asparagus, carrots, red baby potatoes, and broccolini, surrounded by very light and aromatic veggie and herb broth...
Dessert: blueberry, strawberry, black plum galette...
there was also a bottle of pinot grigio to complement it all... yum
