Appetizer: Ricotta stuffed zucchini with red pepper sauce...
Main: Salmon fillet wrapped around a scalloped, served on top of couscous and braised leeks with dill and lemon burre blanc
Dessert: apple and blackberry cake with blackberry sauce and vanilla honey yogurt
