Jason received this wine from Justyna for his birthday... we had it with some cheese and crackers... the wine is very good...
some mild blue cheese... it was very salty... I enjoyed the parts without the lines...
mmmmm excellent onion compote to go with the cheese...
yum....
then we switched to white wine...
Jay used his grill pan to make some garlic bread...
thanks for the lid Santa.. it works very well...
I love garlic bread...
fresh saffron pasta made from scratch by Jay with veggies and salmon... the pasta was excellent but we both agreed that the salmon was too strong for it... scallops would have been much better...
for dessert blooming tea...
and cake...
