roast prime rib...a bottle of red...
side sauces... Dijon mustard, BBQ, and horseradish...
with some buttermilk mashed potatoes and green beans with shallots...
for dessert... indulgence...
Jay's chocolate and chocolate cake...
and for me Jamoca Almond Fudge cake...
