Dinner: Monday, March 19th, 2007






Guests: Kinga, Lisa, Jay and I

Jay went big this week; we all ended up with dinner for the next day… lol

We had:

Emerald Martinis – vodka, uphoria asian pear liquor, and lime juice

Vegetable Springrolls served on a bed of Cookstown Baby Salad Greens with Jay's own Plum and Ginger Vinaigrette and for the Springrolls Plum and Ginger dipping sauce.

Mushroom Lasagna… so delish
The layers from the bottom to the top
1.Portobello mushrooms in a tomato, red wine sauce.
2.Oyster and cremini mushrooms in a parmesan cream sauce
3.Baby Spinach with toasted mustard seeds
4.Cottage cheese with artichoke cream and black truffles.
5.Portobello mushroom in a tomato, red wine sauce.
6.Mozzarella cheese

No dessert because the lasagna was one rich dish.
