The ultimate pork roast…
this baby spent over 24 hours in the oven... mini potatoes and sauerkraut were added near the end...
it was unbelievably good.. and leftovers became awesome pulled pork sandwiches next day... and the crackling... oh my the crackling... the other withe meat was divine...
and some carrots completed our meal...
