Dinner: Friday, May 18th/07
So our weekly Monday dinners, switched to weekly Friday dinners due to my summer school schedule. This Friday was our first dinner together in quite some time, so we made it a bit special…
Appetizer: Greens with carrot and radish in a balsamic olive oil dressing
Main: Grilled Eggplant Slices wrapped around a mix of cheeses, smothered in Jason's homemade tomato sauce and then baked….with some garlic bread on the side… yummmmmy
