Jay makes the best of course.... horseradish sour cream sauce on one side + pepper relish on the other + bib lettuce + perfectly roasted beef tenderloin + herb marinated and grilled eggplant + the best French baguette + a kosher pickle on the side.. all add up to one hell of a great sandwich.
