Jay had a last minute party and so I was left to my own devices for dinner. Well almost Jay did get me ready for it, but since it was me cooking it was super simple.
Baked sweet potatoes, with an assortment of toppings: sautéed chanterelles, green onion, crème fraîche, butter, salt and pepper.
Green bean salad with parsley, roasted red pepper, sweet corn and whole cloves of roasted garlic.
And Karolina took care of dessert with cake from Starski.
