Dinner 7: Thursday Feb. 28th, 2008

Eggplant and mushroom lasagna... what a beautiful brown top...and creamy layers... on top of Jays delicious tomato sauce...
garlic bread of course...
and a Cesar salad...
and to finish it off... Jay made rice crispy squares... yummers...
