Dinner 8: Thursday, March 13th/08

an interesting bottle of wine...not something I would have chosen...it was quite good...
Our main: sole topped with fresh pea puree on top of roasted baby zucchini, beets and fingerling potatoes, with a piece of fresh lemon...
For dessert: molten chocolate cake, with berries macerated in maple syrup and some fresh whipped cream...
